Shamrock Bark
Ingredients:
Melting Chocolates
White Melting Chocolates
Mint Oreos Peppermint Extract
Green M&Ms
Green Sprinkles
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Microwave melting chocolates in a microwave safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval (If you over heat, it will get chunky) Once melted, stir in 2t peppermint extract. Spread this onto your prepared cookie sheet.
Crumble 6-8 mint Oreos and sprinkle on top of your chocolate.
Melt white chocolates in a microwave safe bowl in the same way you did the regular chocolate. When melted, add green food coloring if desired. Pour on top of crumbled Oreos and spread evenly. Sprinkle on green M&Ms and green sprinkles.
Let cool and then break into pieces. Enjoy!
